Originally from Yokohama, Japan, Chef Ririka Evans, also known as Chef Riri, brings over 15 years of culinary experience in Japan and the United States.

Specializing in Japanese and Asian cuisine, she also prepares a wide variety of dishes from around the world, creating customized menus based on each client’s tastes and preferences.

​

She trained in traditional sushi techniques under Sushi Chef Asai at Tsukiji in Tokyo, Japan, allowing her to offer authentic Japanese sushi alongside her diverse culinary offerings.

​

She also works with Design Cuisine, a premier Washington, D.C. catering company, assisting with high-profile events for U.S. presidents, the Prime Minister of Japan, and other VIP guests. This experience reflects her commitment to exceptional hospitality and the highest standards of professional service.
